90% satisfied when picking my vehicle up on Saturday. Richard did the best job at explaining the process and communicating efficiently. However, today I can see where my bumper was fixed and how it is not seamless with the round about above my left tire. This part is even loose and was never like this before the car accident. I will be calling to follow up on this being fixed.
