I thought the repair estimate for the small extra dent that would not be covered by insurance was quite high. I will check out estimates elsewhere.

The repair work was good, however, during the time my car was being repaired, someone hit the hatch with something and dented/scratched the Ford decal and put a few scratches on the hatch. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and just looked at the part that was repaired. I noticed the dents/scratches after I got home.
