My service experience was great with the collision shop. The front service desk stuff could be more welcoming/friendly. The communication and update from the collision department was excellent . I was kept aware and informed of everything that was going on from the beginning to the end . Scott was excellent in answering every one of my questions, returning calls and texts within short time frame and going the extra miles doing little things that help what was a stressful situation for me .I truly appreciate the attention and excellent service experience that Scott provided, thank you.

In the disaster you guys had to deal with this hail storm and insurance companies messing up you did amazing. Seth was great to work with and I know he tried to help with the insurance situation with the rental car. If it weren’t for him I wouldn’t have even gotten the extra 5 days.
