The vehicle still had scratches on the outside that we had to point out for them to buff out. In addition the outside and inside were filthy and not cleaned. My husband had to wait over an hour to be cleaned and there is still dust on the inside. In addition the amount of time it took to repair the damage was pretty lengthy in comparison to the extent of damage.
