I am very impressed with Crash Champions - from moment one when I walked into my first appointment allllll the way through the process. Diane (reception/front) was extremely kind and helpful. Explained everything thoroughly. Zach, the advisor, was kind, listened, and explained everything from point A through Z in great detail and made sure I understood everything. Zach kept in contact with me throughout the repair process as well. I was never left in the dark and always knew the status of my vehicle.
