From the time I walked in the door, the staff were friendly and answered all of my questions. My car was completed ahead of schedule, and when I had a problem after receiving my car back, they told me just to bring it in and they fixed it right away. I definitely would recommend Crash Champions to friends and family.

You all always do great work but this is the first time I’m not totally satisfied. And idk know that it really has anything to do with you actually I know it doesn’t. It has to do with the person that hit me and messed up the from of my car. But I still give you a 10 because you always guarantee you work and and you have no issues with me coming up there and asking as many questions as I feel I need to ask. You always give me car back looking it’s best. Thank you!

While my car was in your care, all 4 tire pressure valve caps were messing. These are special caps..I believe they alert the driver when tire pressure is low. I advised your employee and he provided plain caps. I’m not happy.

Every one was so kind. They went out of their way to make sure my car was completely ready by reattaching my license plate. The communication during the repair was top notch. Will definitely go back if I ever need more repairs.

My car was not repaired correctly I had to remind the techs about clips to properly secure my diffuser I also had a nail in my NEW TIRE they did not replace them or reimburse me for the tire they put a faulty bike patch in it Witch I had to replace and yet still my taillight had not been repaired from the crash the techs just screwed back the taillight in place to be flush with the body of the car I guess but on the final report no taillights were replaced and now water is now leaking in my taillight witch it was not doing before the crash and I have informed crash champions and they have refused to fix it I do not recommend going to this location I have now tried calling progressive again to try and fix the issue but still I was rear ended and just got this car this should not be an issue I’m having to deal with
