My car is making a god awful noise. I spoke with a rep with ur company within 3 hrs of getting my vehicle back and since it's Saturday i have to wait til Monday before I find out what's going to happen next if anything at all. So I can't use my vehicle for two days now, basically stranded again. Rental car went was left at your location when I picked my car up after it's "repairs".
