Karsten is the ultimate professional! He called several times throughout the week to keep me informed about the progress of my repair and delivered ahead of the projected time. The quality of the repair work is noutstanding. I was a little disappointed that the estimate for the small scratch by the rear passage wheel well came in so expensive, I would have loved to have it repaired while it was in your care. I am more than pleased with the job done.
