I had the pleasure of working with Nico to get my car repaired. Nico went above and beyond in my opinion to work with the insurance company and to also make sure that we were kept up-to-date with the process and the status of our car repair. Not only did Nico do an amazing job, but the technicians did as well. my car was returned to me in better shape than when I purchased it. Not only did they repair the car, but they also detailed it and made sure that it was washed. They also aired up my tire so my tire pressure light would be off unlike when I dropped it off. Nico and his team did not just do the bare minimum. They went above and beyond, and I am truly grateful.

The damage that has been repaired looks great but they forgot to order and replace the damaged side steps on the driver side. When asked they said “we didn’t even notice the damage” the rail is supposed to have been ordered but I still have not heard when they expect to have it installed
