Angielo is very kind, respectful, professional, patient, and compassionate. I was stressed out about my bumper falling off due to hit and run. He listened to me and made me feel like a human not just a customer or another number . He texted me everyday to update me about the vehicle, and it took a lot of the stress out. Listening to him and talking to him made me feel at ease, and that everything will be ok . I think Angielo is great at his job, and I wish there were more people like him. He has empathy and it feels genuine. I think he deserves a raise and a promotion. Yolanda at the front desk is very nice and friendly too . Also , he fixed my front bumper , and he only changed one tire. The other back two tires ( not related to the hit and run) need to be replaced in a month or two. Right now there wouldn’t be any issues. I really appreciate him telling me that because a lot of shops wouldn’t bother to tell you unless it’s directly related to insurance and I appreciate that he cared about my safety. Only one small thing: there is a bit tiny chunk of paint at the front of bumper at the the very bottom. But, you can’t see it unless you come super close to it. Overall it looks good. Even though the car situation wasn’t my fault, I understand life happens. If something like this will happen again, I really hope it wouldn’t. But if it does, I’d like to have crash champions handle my vehicle, especially Angielo. 🩷

Brent was amazing. The father of the girl who scraped my car wanted to pay out of pocket not through an insurance claim. Brent answered a million questions for me and sent all the supporting info the father asked for. Brent was wonderful and very professional.

My experience in getting my Porsche repaired has exceeded my expectations. The repairs dealt with damage from parking lot scrapes and a low speed bump. From the initial estimate through the repair progress to project completion. I was kept informed about the progress, any issues, etc. The work was completed on time snd tracked the estimate. My rep, Jahir Garcia kept in touch and delivered my completed car on the date that we had agreed upon. It looks great. Fit and finish on the repair work is excellent. I would recommend Crash Champions to anyone needing auto body repair work.
