I appreciate the promptness in completing my repair. When I was having trouble filing a claim on my phone, the office staff intervened and called the insurance company on my behalf and allowed me to use your phone to complete the process. While I was filing the claim, she was able to access the claim online and assisted in the rental car arrangement. However, the notification process was a bit confusing. Originally was told car would be ready on 9/4 days, then 9/11 days. When I least expected it, CC called that my car was ready on 9/4! Yay!

While driving on the road, I had a other driver honk at me and putting out my tail light that was just recently fixed When I pull into the parking lot, I found out that my tail light was hanging off a little bit Craig was fast to fix the issue and resolve my problem Receptionist gave fast and easy resolution by getting the people who needed to be in the known. I got to speak to the assistant manager about the issue and it was resolved professionally. They also gave me a recommendation to a third-party vendor that I will most likely be taking
