My AAA-recommended experience at Crash Champions was seamless from start to finish. They expertly handled the insurance process and repaired a deep scratch perfectly. A fantastic convenience was their coordination with the rental service; the rental car was brought to me at their shop, and I returned it there after pickup. I never had to make a separate trip to a rental office. This stress-free service, combined with the flawless and fast repair work, made a typically annoying process incredibly easy. It did take a little longer than expected, but I understand that happens. Also, when I drove off I noticed my rear blinker wasn’t working properly, and that was the area that was worked on. I went back they fixed it quickly. (Bent connector). Overall I am satisfied.
