I would not refer anyone to this location while that manager is in charge, unfortunately I would be throwing them to the wolves essentially, knowing they would not be looked out for if issues arise. I would however refer them to Alexis as she was a pleasure to work with.

Alexis and Betty were fantastic, Alexis kept me informed as well as she could. However the center manager shows no compassion and gave no assistance when they had full capacity to do so. As a prior collision center manager, I know exactly the type of help and effort that can be extended to customers and this manager refused to help at every turn. I think it is extremely unprofessional and terrible management skills to completely ignore a customers concerns and not try to help them when needed.

The receptionist was awesome. Mike was fantastic from start to finish! I was informed every step of the way the work that was complete on my vehicle was excellent. Would definitely recommend this location.

The team did a phenomenal job with the repair of my TX, and they worked with me to make sure that I could continue driving my car until all the parts were ordered. This made it super easy to drop off when everything was ready and shortened the time span that I was without my car. John in particular was super helpful in making it all happen and I was very satisfied with everyone’s care and attention to detail!
