1-dropped off to grapevine location and was told they were renovating and will transport to Richardson location inferring it will be flatbed or transported on a vehicle, based on my odometer they drove my truck there. Second, when I returned home and saw my truck bed in the sunlight the finish is very splotchy and not factory smooth, I just had the truck repainted 2 years ago and the repair done it not acceptable. Quality control missed this.
