Matt was nothing short of amazing. He was very courteous. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. Matt was very professional and let’s not forget, to ensure my vehicle was delivered on time he came in on Saturday to assist the detail department. This is an example of dedication to his customers.

I love how fast they could get me in and how transparent everything was. My service was so well coordinated with my insurance company and car rental facility, it made what is normally a complicated hassle so much easier for me. Matt specifically was amazing to work with. Both professional and personal/kind. There was a bit of a hiccup which was handled with such honesty and integrity, I'll be sending everyone I know his way.

Bumper fitment is off insurance was charged for new spoiler and old one was put back on clips missing from trunk liner. Trunk liner was not tucked into gasket. Net was not installed. I expected a lot more for the 7100 geico paid

They were paid for a new spoiler on my car by the insurance and they put the old one off the rec trunk on there I would have rather them not put anything on
