Customer service during my cars visit wasn't the best. Never could get in touch when calling. Left two voicemails neither of which were returned. Only communication was via text and felt ignored or like did something wrong by asking additional details. Only redeeming quality was GM Cash calling to discuss issues and how he would address additional cost of rental.
