The vehicle had a high pitched whining noise and I returned it to the shop and due to the 30 days I waited for the repair my insurance car rental coverage had already expired a day before the repair was complete. It is Friday and I have no vehicle and you aren't even able to have the vehicle looked at until Monday. I have no idea how much longer it will be before my vehicle is returned to me repaired.

No, this was not a 10 out of 10 experience. My 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude was returned with multiple issues that were not present when I dropped it off: • Grease marks and handprints in the new paint on the front corner panel that will not buff or wipe off • Grease transferred onto the interior leatherette (door armrest and center console) • New chipping and roughening on multiple window moldings around the vehicle • Driver-side wheel measures slightly smaller than the others and the tire does not sit flush with the rim • Steering wheel sits ¼–½ inch off-center to the left while driving straight on a flat road; vehicle also pulls left under acceleration • Driver’s seat was raised without my permission, reducing headroom Crash Champions is a GEICO-certified shop and issued a lifetime warranty on this repair (RO #30010152). The quality of the work does not meet the standards expected. I am requesting that these issues be fully corrected.
