So far the repair seems fine and the service and communication were top notch. Eric kept me informed throughout each step. The completion date took longer than I would have liked, a little over a month, but I understand there were complications getting parts and a holiday in the middle. Paying for the rental for a few days at the end because of the extended completion time put my mind at ease. Overall - I am very pleased with the outcome and very appreciative that Eric was so thorough in communication and service expectations.

They did such a bad job on my repairs was it done purposely! Was it done because i was a single female,, was it done because I said I didn't think I was gonna keep the car however a 10 year old could do better but my car cut off in the middle of the street wouldn't start again, i could tell you about so many things that is not right about this repair WRONG PERSON!!!!
