It took 3 weeks to replace a bumper and Headlight and my car was filthy when I picked it up. The floorboard and floor mat was covered in white dust/dirt. Meanwhile there were 3 people outside hand polishing another car but couldn’t bother to clean mine.

My truck was in for repairs that were needed after a collision. When I received my truck the rear bumper was not centered, there were scratches on my spray in liner in the tailgate, as well as a scratch on the plastic trim piece at the top of the tailgate. There was also some type of overspray in the bed of the truck. When I brought it to the attention of the adjuster, he said that he would contact me the next day to have to bring it back so they could try to fix the mistakes, to this point I have not heard anything from the man.
