Was told that we would receive updates periodically, never let me know anything unless I called them. My car was done on a Friday afternoon. They didn't try to contact me until after 415 pm and not enough time to get there. I ended up having to pay 3 extra days for the rental. To me it seems like that this was done on purpose so, Enterprise was get more money.
