The repair and paint job is 1st rate, the car is 21 years old, yet your techs managed to match the new paint with the old. Unfortunately, they also spilled some paint on the trunk and did not remove it. It was obviously an accident and was understandably missed, due to the spilled paint almost blending in with the original. I would like to have this fixed, but would like some advice on how to have this taken care of. To bring my car in and leave it would incur extra costs in fuel, time off work and Uber fares, none of which will be reimbursed by my insurance company as part of the initial damage claim. It would be easier for me if one of your paint techs could visit my home (2.2 miles from your location) and fix it. The vehicle is parked at my location 24/7. I note you desire 10/10 for customer reviews, so I will hold off on submitting mine until this is resolved. Please let me know how we should proceed. Thanks
