Work was good, customer service was good, but i spent 3 days not knowing my locking mechanism wasnt working because i thought it was all repaired properly

Upon inspecting the car further, the doors were NOT replaced since I can still see a dent from where the accident happened, I will be reporting this issue with the insurance again since one of the guys that works there kept lying to me, I am almost 100 percent sure the door worked on has bondo on it. That and paint specs were left on the door worked on.

I received truly excellent service from Crash Champions , I was not previously familiar with this business but I now understand why my auto insurer chooses to work with them and recommends Crash Champions to their insured for collision repair. The entire process was efficient and courteous, and the communication was outstanding too, I was kept aware of the status of my repair along the way and the work was completed early, they did a great job and everything warranted for the life of the vehicle. I highly recommend crash Champions.

I expected the repairs to be very expensive based on the cost of a repair we had with a different service provider. I was sure insurance would total the vehicle and I was worried. I was shocked to see how reasonable the Crash Champions estimate was - insurance accepted it, and it was DONE a little over a week from the accident. Not to mention how wonderful and easy they were to work with.
