They called to say my vehicle was ready, so I took the time to go pick it up rushing through rush hour traffic only to find that the trim pieces didn't fit, some spots were unpainted, and there was adhesive residue all over the bumper. They kept the vehicle and our was ready 2 business days later (Friday and Monday). I picked up the vehicle and checked all the prior issues and things looked good but when I had the chance to take a close look the following day, I noticed that the bumper is out of alignment still. I need to get back over to the shop to get them to try and fix it or at least assure that there's no further structural damage but it's not easy to make time for that.

When I dropped off my car, I met a man named Sage who was extremely helpful and explained the process thoroughly. As it turned out, the car was finished almost a week before the estimated time which was great. The work that was done on the car was perfect and they even cleaned the car inside and out. A man named Roger helped me on the end of the process. he was courteous and kind. Overall, this was a really good experience and I recommend crash champions to anyone needing bodywork done on their car

I would’ve given a 10 based off quickness, niceness of the staff, and communication about the process. Only gave an 8 due to my door that was repaired is not shutting correctly and seems to need adjustment.
