Was so happy with all steps of the service! So many accommodations to make things easier, especially when getting hit and having to organize everything is not something anyone has time for so I very much appreciated the customer service up front when I dropped off and the offer to coordinate with the rental car company. At pick up, even though insurance didn’t cover the front they went out of their way to clean the paint off and they washed the outside too! Grand finale, they cleaned the inside! I was shocked…with four kids and always in the car I was dreading having to pick it up and knew I would need to go clean it but it was all taken care of. Also was able to just leave the rental car there. Thank you so much!
