Massive issues with the repair. Broken trim pieces just placed back in and falling off, black paint splattered all over the tailgate, missing trim pieces, parts not lining up correctly.

They did a good job on repairing the door scrape which was the primary reason I was there. However, when I dropped the car off we definitely discussed them also touch-up painting the small spot on the back bumper while they had it, and i would self pay for that service. They did not do anything to the back bumper except erase the marker circling the area.

The team did an amazing job—when I got my car back, it looked like new!
