Crash Champions really outdid themselves. The adjuster showed up, gave my car a full medical exam, spotted every bit of damage, and somehow got everything handled faster than expected, honestly, faster than most people reply to a text. He also stayed in touch the whole time, so there was never any guessing or wondering what was going on. Inside, the front office woman was just as impressive. The paperwork was handled so smoothly it almost felt suspicious like, wait… that’s it? No stress? No confusion? Everything was clear, organized, and done right the first time. Overall, the whole experience was surprisingly easy (which is not something usually said about car repairs). Huge thanks for making a stressful situation feel like a breeze. You all are amazing!
