My car was taken in and the staff was very kind. They finished the job so fast i was very surprised. I always liked the option that helped me pay for my deductible in parts instead of paying a big sum of money. I will definitely recommend them to friends. The work they did is outstanding.

Still having problems with my car and I have to bring it back. Not impressed with the work because if I can still hear a problem with the front tire, there’s still a problem, but you seem to only do aesthetic things and don’t get down to the root of the problem. You had my car for two weeks. That’s outrageous as it is. Not very impressed at all.

The person who took my situation on from Crash Champions told me he would contact me three times a week, informing me of what was going on. He only contacted me at the end when I was to pick it up. So basically you didn’t do what you said you were gonna do.
