The car was washed. Worker had a smile and was a people person. Assured me of a warranty. Did not even look at the rent car. He was wearing nice shoes, there were nice snacks on the counter.

The repair did not meet my expectations.I encounter with some issues first of all my key remote to turn on my vehicle is not detectable it has to be turned on a different way. This was not happening at all before the vehicle was towed to get repaired. The drivers front wheel does not function correctly. Last of all the hood has some visible and noticeable scratches that were not there before the vehicle was picked up to get repaired.

Crash Champions was an amazing shop! They were super efficient and the repairs were done for us in a timely manner. What was going to take two weeks initially was completed in 7 days. They kept in touch regularly so we could follow the process of the repairs. I highly recommmend them if you need auto body work. We couldn’t be happier with their service, and my car looks brand new.
