The staff was accommodating in all aspects of my journey from receiving the car to delivering the car. The manager went out of his way to call the insurance to settle a situation on my behalf. They even allow the customer to leave the rental car and they make the necessary calls and arrangements for the rental to be picked up. Crash Champion is indeed hassle free and lives plus to their motto.

had several issues with repair. pinched wire that had to be fixed by dealer came to get car and waited 45 min to be told it wasn’t ready. unable to get correct headlight and was going to send the car with us without an operating turn signal. missed diagnoses that dealership found with something with the steering.
