Marvin demonstrated excellent customer service from the estimation to the delivery of the completed repairs. There was a minor challenge with the dashboard reset, but Marvin and team ensured the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Crash Champions is also Service Champions!

Crash Champions has problems putting second-market parts and doing the job unprofessionally. The car crash estimate personnel were horrible and gave worse, cheaper versions; after finishing the job, it looked horrible. Who goes to this place unless insurance forces you to go there? Pick a different shop.

My only small criticism is the length of time that it took to complete the repair, as well as the largely incomprehensible and ill-timed texts I received from your AI bot. I would stress that the repair work was excellent, the people I dealt with were professional and courteous, and an effort was made — successfully and satisfactorily — to have my car ready by August 7, which averted a potential problem with picking it up and settling the bill after Aug. 7.
