It took A LONG TIME for me to get the truck back. It was in the repair shop for over a month, and I had to pay for a rental out of pocket. Ultimately, the truck was beautifully repaired. I do wish they had detailed the entire truck before re-delivering it, but overall satisfied. I was frustrated with the fact that it sat at the gates location for almost 2 weeks with no work being done on it due to them being behind. It was transferred to the Greece location, where they were able to get the work done.

My vehicle repair was delayed past the alloted time my insurance provided a rental car. I had to pay for a rental car for more than 30 days. I had a repair two years ago that was delayed with another repair location and they provided a rental car. I will most likely choose another repair place if I have a future claim.
