Crash champions did an awesome job fixing my truck but when we went to go pick it up my husband noticed the rubber lining of the door was loose and there was a small piece of paneling that didn't look like it was lined up correctly when it was put on.. not a big deal but they did send somebody out to look at it and are planning on ordering a new piece and having that paneling replaced..I was a little disappointed that after 3 weeks and being able to go pick up my vehicle I have to go back again to have that paneling fixed but the girl that I had been working with was communicating with me great and was very polite.. The gentleman that came out to look at the paneling and said that they were going to take care of it I just have to bring my truck back for like 15 minutes once they get the new part to replace it..

I'm very pleased with crash champions the representative that I was working with Allie was absolutely wonderful She communicated with me very well.. I received updates once a week sometimes more. My truck was ready on time...I went to go pick up my vehicle, there were two small things that my husband wanted looked at before we left They were fix the next day... My truck looks great..
