One of the ones that has a metal bracket on the front for safety doesn't fit properly. You adjusted it down a little. The other one fell off the bumper.

Terrible experience. I regret choosing this location. The repair took far longer than expected. I was given an estimated completion date, but once that date passed, I received no updates and had to follow up myself. When I picked up my car, it was dirtier than when I dropped it off. Even worse, the quality of the repair was unacceptable. The door panel and window switch assembly were completely misaligned, and the door itself was no longer properly aligned or flush with the body of the vehicle. After a second visit, the window switch assembly was corrected, but I was told that the door misalignment was a manufacturing defect. The door was properly aligned before the repair, so I find that explanation difficult to accept. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with both the workmanship and the communication throughout this process.
