Overall very pleased with how everything turned out, as the car was finished ahead of schedule and we received a nice thorough cleaning, which we were not expecting. We were also contacted throughout the process with regular updates, which was appreciated.

From the moment I walked in a few days before booking with CC, Brian helped me out. Great intro. After booking, David took great care in walking me through the process. Very detailed and comforting. He kept me updated and that was really helpful. Accommodated my schedule for pick up. Josue did a great job closing the case. All smooth. Even the guy in the back unpacking boxes helped me out. They even helped with Rental car Agency during repairs. Great team. Will highly recommend. Plus CC Placentia was much faster than expected!

From the moment I first came to check you guys out it has been very good. Brian helped that day, I got the ok from Insurance to use Champion. David was very knowledgeable and thorough. Helped arrange for Rental car, kept me updated with the repairs. Text updates also very useful. Let me know when the repairs would be done. Josue closed the paperwork when I came to pick up. Arranged with the rental agency to leave the rental there. All excellent service above and beyond what was expected! Will refer friends/family to you guys. Good repar work too

Josue was super nice and explained everything about my car repair in detail. He updated me each afternoon with a progress report and the job was finished earlier than expected. I was very pleased to have my car repaired at Crash Champions and highly recommend them. They also coordinated with Enterprise Car Rental for easy pickup and delivery with Crash Champions which was very convenient.
