Jose is just a terrible representative if your company. To expect me to drive my car south the bumper still sticking out wad ridiculous and then to wasn't to stick me with no car is completely unacceptable. If I have to get my car repaired anymore I will not be using service King due to Jose's TERRIBLE customer service.

Job well done. Mike did a fantastic job of explaining the repair process, cost of materials and labor and warranty policies. He updated me day to day of the progress of the repair. Car was ready a day earlier than promised. Office staff are very pleasant and very helpful. Car is returned in excellent conditon and all equipment and controls were left as is, same level and position when I dropped it off. I will definitely come back for future business and would recommend highly to friends and family this shop for its excellent service!!!
