I'm not sure. I was referred to Crash Champions thru my auto insurance agency. I didn't have the time or tolerence bto seek out auto body repair shops, compare pricing and performance ratings.

On the day of completion it would be nice if someone could inform me early during the day and not at the end of the day so I could arrange the drop off of the rental vehicle and it would be nice if someone would answer the phone so I wouldn't need to leave a message.

A very bad experience—shoddy work. The technician was a racist despot; on top of that, it took him an extremely long time to fix my car. A truly terrible experience—I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
