I've had previous experiences with service kong and was completely satisfied then as now. I would not hesitate to recommend as fully satisfued from customer service to service advisor to repair; all went above and beyond

Did not estimate repair correctly. Had to resubmit to insurance an estimate. Had to wait too long for parts. Never hit the "promise complete date". Service King had our vehicle for over THREE months for a quarter panel repair....WOW...(check your records to confirm this) The repair center did cut our deductable from $1000 to $750...however, it should have been no charge for the amount of time they had our vehicle. This particular center was a "preferred shop" by our insurance carrier...I will recommend it to be removed from their list. Thank you.
