Disappointed experience. Fr the time we dropped off our vehicle until we finally were able to retrieve it, we had virtually no transparency and communication. All timelines we delayed and unclear. We repeatedly asked for updates, assistance, and status with little to no answers. The work was not authorized to begin without getting the full scope of the damage. However, they did the opposite. We arranged for the the mechanical work to be performed by another shop, yet CC disregarded this and only competed portions, of the repair. The delays added considerable cost to our rental bill and the overall repair. This is very unfortunate for us as we had a good experience several years ago with this location. Be aware prior to your engagements with this location.

I was VERY pleased with my car after they fixed it. Looks like new. It’s is clean inside and out, with no evidence of it having been in an accident. I also appreciate them filling the tank with gas. Thank you for your service.
