Text message updates were a joke. Was told no one’s name that would be supporting me except the front desk person. I asked and was told that the text messages were their way to communicate. Upon pickup of my vehicle no one walked out with me to see if I was happy with the repairs, just handed keys like everything was perfect. Well it wasn’t, the door would not shut correctly so I had to leave it for adjustment. I also noticed the new headlight appeared dimmer, which maybe is just because it is an aftermarket headlight. We are still discussing this issue. Paint looked decent and appeared the be blended with the other panels.
