The service was great, the only reason for the 9 instead of 10 is that it looks like the bumper for a minor scratch when the grilled was replaced. Very grateful for your services though.

I had an amazing experience. It was easy, quick, and great service. My only problem was that you failed to notify Enterprise that I returned my car to you - as you promised you would. They contacted later wanting to schedule a drop off as they were not informed, and froze my account until you call them (please do) so I don't have to keep paying them an extra day.
