I left clear instructions to contact my spouse with all updates and pick-up instructions as I would be out of the country. Not only did this not happen and he made the drive to pick it up on the initial day when it was not ready but it was extremely difficult for him to reach anybody by phone afterwards and Crash Champions continued to text me, not him with updates.

Overall service was great, Luis was very helpful and answered any questions I had. Rachel was very friendly and helpful with any questions as well. Headlight that was repaired seemed slightly lower than normal, called in to have it inspected.
