I had a great experience at this auto body shop. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional and welcoming. Luis was especially helpful throughout the entire process—he took the time to explain the repairs clearly, kept me updated, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. The work on my car came out excellent, and it was finished right on time. You can tell they really care about quality and customer satisfaction. I truly appreciated the honest communication and attention to detail. I highly recommend this shop, and I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need repairs again. Originally I was told the repair would be done by 3/11 (Wed). I didn't get a call and had to make calls and left a voice message. Finally was able to talk with Rachel on 3/13 (Fri). It would be nice if I would have received updates especially when it's late.

Luis and Rachel awesome! They made the entire process so easy. They were professional, personable. They both went above and beyond good customer service, it was great!
