eThe only suggestion I have is when the advisor is calling with an update, please give an estimated time associated with that update. For example, he left me a message saying my car was going to be painted that day. Ok, well, what does that mean to me if I have no idea what the process is and how long until my car will be ready.

My car is running great although perhaps it is a bit early to completely tell. The service rep I worked with at Castle Rock, CO has much to do with my overall excellect ratings of this survey. Ross kept me informed throughout the difficult process of losing the use of my car for the 2 jobs I hold. He is totally one of the best reps of any business that I have had dealings with as a customer or as a fellow employee in the industrial business world.

Bumper is not fully flush but still good work. Brand new installed light and turn signal non-functional when picked up had to wait about 30 mins for it to be corrected.
