Crash champions was great to work with! It’s never a happy occasion to have to use the services of collision experts, but they made drop off and pick up quick and easy. They arranged for the rental car company to pick us up and they did an amazing job with my truck. I hope I never need them again, but if I do I will definitely be using crash champions.

It was unfortunate it took 4 months for the repair to be made. I also hadn't seen my car in so long that I couldn't tell if some stains to interior fabric were from the repair or were there before. There were also large scratches on my front bumper driver side that don't look like they were from another car, maybe some type of equipment.

Disappointed at the length of time the repair took. The weather apparently the culprit. If they had a large backload before taking my car I would have appreciated knowing. The delay was partially my fault because I had taken my car to big O tires first not knowing that my accident had caused a strut to be damaged. When the extent of damage was. First found the adjuster requested all work be done in a single shop. My car was taken to crash champions where the process was started again.. As a result of the delay my car rental expense exceeded the allowance & cost me $665. I was unhappy with the length of time needed but understand that the repair was delayed by my trip to Big O, & waiting several days for an adjuster. Then moving my car to Crash Champions took several days. So if they had a large number of repairs in process knowing would have caused me to check elsewhere to speed up the process. I did appreciate being kept up to date on the progress just wish the entire process had been quicker. The repaired areas appear satisfactory

I was very happy with the communication from Littleton. However, I was disappointed with the whole process involving Lakewood. Apparently they overbooked and had to transfer the car to Littleton. All of the extra time involved caused a lot of inconvenience.
