The receptionist was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient with us! Lauren was easy to work with and is a great asset to your company. Dave Espenship was professional, complete and detailed so much so that he was not happy with the original match up with the color on the car so he had the paint redone( I think that is what he told me!). The job looks so well done.

Poor customer service. Car was told it was going to be done Thursday or Friday. The, I was told Monday. The next day, Tuesday and finally, Wednesday. I had to constantly follow up. Then, I arrived to pick up the car. No walk around the car or a description of the repairs. Just a request for my credit card for the co-pay and handed me my envelope. It was likely the worst service in my life. Dave did not even come out of his office to greet me. Just disappointing.

This repair required a long wait for parts (6 weeks!). Dave kept me up to date throughout. He patiently answered my many questions about how the repair and painting was to be done and put my mind at ease.
