I am a repeat customer for repairs under the GRANDSPORT name. However, given the lack of attention to detail, I am not sure I received the same level of workmanship under service king.

The employee who prepared the initial estimate was no longer there when I returned to initiate repairs. Even though I had scheduled an appointment to return, the records of the repair weren't transferred clearly, so I had to re-explain the circumstances of the claim and the desired work to be performed.
