Great customer service. I was very pleased with how they interact directly with my insurance. Also, I appreciated that I did not have to call Service King to get an update on my car. Between the text and the personal phone calls from Service King I knew what was going on at all times. Keep up the great work!

The service was great and the technician was very helpful and took extra time to share information about the entire process of repairs and what to look for from the insurance company. I was concerned with having all original replacement parts installed and the Tech working on my vehicle made that happen and gave me some very good advice. Lane Davenport was my advisor and he went above and beyond the call of duty. Great Job Service King..Keep up the Great Work!!
