The repair work was solid, and I appreciated the staff's willingness to show me the repair process and talk about what they did to fix my car when I picked it up.

Communication from Gerber was very poor. I didn't really like the radio silence on the shop's end and the lack of clear information about what was going on and how long it would take. I did get a timeline estimate when I called for an update, but more communication would be helpful.

I was surprised to find the interior of my car cleaned spotless! The excellent repairs were expected since you have done that every time me we used you for repairs. But the clean interior went above.
