I had a wonderful experience with Crash Champions as it was my first time ever using this service. From the very beginning upon arrival for my estimate Ashley was great! Ashley also received my vehicle when I brought it in for repair work. She was so knowledgeable, pleasant, friendly and thorough during the whole process. She kept me updated (via text) with the progress of my vehicle continuously & I really appreciated that. When I picked up my vehicle it was such a joy to interact with her. She definitely provided me with top-tier customer service in all ways. I also was very impressed (upon entering the establishment) with the cleaniness and how friendly and nice all the staff were (especially Ms. Heather). I am glad that I utilized Crash Champions service for my vehicle repair as it looked SO AMAZING when I picked it up. Thank you Crash Champions Team & Ms. Ashley you are definitely an ASSET & a TRUE GEM to this establishment.

Overwhelmingly happy with my experience. My car was fixed so much quicker than I expected. I was updated regularly. My car was immaculate when I picked it up (and it was a mess when I left it!) Heather, the receptionist, and Jason, my case manager , were polite,friendly, personable, professional and they really worked to get my car to me asap in absolutely stunning shape. I’m glad I took my car to Crash Champions.
