Even though our car wasn’t completed by the original date we understood that happens sometimes. The car looks great. Updates were helpful and appreciated. Our checkout was quick and efficient and the lady at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable as well as personable. Definitely recommend this company.

We’ve used crash champions before and the workmanship/service was good but this time not so much.

Quality of work is good. My challenge is that I took off work early 4 different times thinking the vehicle was ready but it wasn’t . The shop did not do a good job notifying me of delays and typically I had to call to get any kind of feedback.

Everyone was very friendly and I appreciated the detailing immensely. I was nervous the day of pick up because in that past Ive had dates postponed. I think more commumication the night before on what to prepare for would put me more at ease if possible.
